The essential to have a website is you must have these two:
Webhost
Domain

Some webhosting service they do offer a package of th webhosting and domain for free.
AT least you pay them. The payment options are Credit cards and some are bank-to-bank payment offered in some Philipoine based Hoster they might be sometimes a reseller from big hosting companies.

Webmail
unlimited email account.
bandwith.
Sql database
And diskspace.

Some site are built in CMS (content management system). Either its Blogtype, forum, and most common the Joomla.

TO manage some site some host have Cpanel and some have costumize control pannel and the script installer. I will disscuss further how they work.
Some host offer full DNS control. Soo if you plan to moved or some fo your subdomain will be hosted in other site. the DNS control will work. Remember that the DNS prop[agatin takes uyp to maximum of 48 hours.
