we have no capacity to change the present situation... but we can accept and make amends so the present can be better for the future... like pag nasagasaan ka at naputulan ka paa, hindi mo na maibabalik yung accident... but you can change your perspective and accept what you have become... and hopefully, be able to rise against the pain

aLL you have to do is accept,forgive,forget and move on..
-->accept - it is hard but you have to deaL with it.
-->forgive -you have to forgive to accept things easiLy.
-->forget - just think for a new Life and forgetting is another way of forgiving.
-->move on - life won't end with just one experience. take that as a chaLLenge, and by that experience you Learned a Lot.. and finaLLy make a new path to renew your Life.. Smile
